Goodwill is addressing significant deficits in graduation rates by partnering with high-poverty area schools to provide education, career development and mentoring opportunities to thousands of under-resourced students every year. Goodwill’s Youth Career Development program and youth specialists are licensed teachers who help young people focus on their future career aspirations to ensure success.

EDUCATIONAL & SOCIAL INTEGRATION FOR REFUGEE YOUTH: CLIMB

Goodwill’s CLIMB program is a grant-funded by the Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP), which provides social and economic integration opportunities for refugee-eligible youth residing in Colorado. Goodwill provides direct services to support youth in educational and career goals through tutoring, mentoring, after-school programs and extracurricular activities.

TRANSITIONAL STUDENTS SUPPORT

Highly-experienced Goodwill staff can provide referred high school students with learning challenges one-on-one job skills development and mentoring to ensure long-term and competitive employment with Goodwill or out in the community upon graduation.

Goodwill assists participants with finding employment experiences in the community based on their interests. This employment may be volunteer or paid.

Goodwill’s Journeys program offers adult participants requiring daily supervision a safe, nurturing and multi-sensory environment incorporating calming and personalized activities.
